What are inactivity fees in my Hapi account? - Know our positions

Hapi can charge an inactivity fee of US$1.99 each month for accounts with less than US$5,000 in equity & no activity for the last 60+ days. Visit our fee schedule to learn more.

How to avoid inactivity fees?

Avoiding these fees is easy. You can avoid them in one of two ways:

  • 1.

    Keeping your account active by logging in at least once every 60 days. To be an active user, all you need to do is log into your account. We do not require that you place trades or make deposits.

  • 2.

    Increasing your account balance to US$5,000 (total equity)
