I have not received my cryptocurrencies from the promotion of referrals - What should I do?

Make sure the friend you invited completed all of these steps:

1.

He registered with your referral link
2.

He/she deposited funds/money into their account with a minimum of USD 10

You can confirm if your friend made use of your referral link in the referrals section, by looking at your past invitations.

If you signed up using a friend's link, you can redeem your prize after you make a first deposit to your account.

Important:

The Hapi referral program is not available for Bolivia, Spain, Paraguay, and Venezuela due to regulatory reasons. In the event of legal changes related to cryptocurrencies in any country where the program is currently available, it will be suspended without prior notice.
Also, if your friend has not used the referral link to register, we won't be able to assign the reward
