1. To open your Hapi account, the first step is to download our app for stock investing. Search for "Hapi App" on the App Store or "Hapi Trade" on Play Store and AppGallery and install the app.
2. Once the app is downloaded, register your account by following simple steps. You will need to provide some relevant information for the app's functioning:
   • First, select your nationality.
   • Then enter your phone number and email.
   • With that information, you will receive a confirmation code to verify your details, and you can create a password for your account.
3. Hapi will ask for legally required information for user security. This includes:

• Legal name, date of birth, and address or residence.
• You will also need to specify your employment status, the source of the funds you plan to invest, how much investment experience you have, your investment objective, and an estimate of your income and net worth.
• Finally, confirm that there are no conflicts of interest for investing and agree to Hapi's terms and conditions for investing in U.S. Stock Market shares and cryptocurrencies.

How to deposit funds into your Hapi account?

We explain the three ways to deposit funds into your Hapi account so you can start investing from just US$ 1.

Direct Deposit in Hapi:

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section.
2. Select the option Transfer to Hapi.
3. Choose the country from which you will deposit and select your deposit option.If your bank is not on the list, select the option for other banks.
4. Enter the amount (in USD) you wish to deposit and click Transfer.
5. Follow the instructions to complete the payment (which may vary depending on the selected option).
6. Pay the ticket and return to the Hapi app to "Notify Deposit."

Deposits before 3 pm CT will be credited the same day (in a maximum of 3 hours). After 3 pm CT, they will arrive the next business day. Deposits made on weekends will arrive the next business day.

Countries with direct deposit methods: Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, Chile, the Dominican Republic & Spain.

International Bank Transfer via SWIFT:

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section.
2. Select the option Transfer to Hapi.
3. Choose the country from which you will deposit and select International Transfer.
4. Use the bank information provided in the app to complete a transfer from your bank. ACH transfers are not accepted.

Be sure to include your Name and Account Number in the additional credit section to ensure it is applied to your account immediately. After initiating a bank transfer, notify us by sending proof to contacto@imhapi.app.

Transfers must be in U.S. dollars (USD), and processing time varies (usually 3 to 5 business days).

Crypto Deposit from other wallets or exchanges:

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section.
2. Select the option Transfer Cryptocurrencies.
3. Select "Deposits" and choose the cryptocurrency you want to transfer from the available list of options.
4. Copy or scan the address of your Hapi wallet.
5. Enter your crypto wallet or exchange and transfer the amount of crypto you want using the wallet address and compatible network for that currency.

Cryptocurrency transactions typically take between 60 and 120 minutes. Times may vary depending on the number of coins and the network used. Make sure to send cryptocurrencies over the same network to avoid recovery issues.

Cryptocurrency transfers not accepted: Bolivia, Paraguay, and Venezuela.

How to buy your first shares with Hapi?

1. Search for your next investment using the search bar at the bottom. Then, type in the stock or cryptocurrency you're looking for and select it.
2. A "Buy" icon will appear at the bottom. Tap it, and you’ll have two ways to choose how much to buy of each stock. To change the purchase option, tap the top right corner where it says "Order Types." Below are the two options explained:
   • Buy in Shares: This option allows you to buy whole shares starting from one share on our platform. That means if you want to buy 10 shares priced at $50 each, the total purchase amount will be $500 for the shares of that company.
   • Buy in Dollars: This option offers flexibility by letting you buy shares by dollar amount starting from US$ 5. This means you can purchase a fraction of a share if you don’t have the funds to buy a whole share. For example, if you want to buy a Tesla share priced at US$ 300 but only have US$ 150, you can buy half a share. That way, you can invest in any stock regardless of its price!
3. Once you've selected the amount to invest or the number of shares needed, click "Continue." Now, review your order and select "Confirm."

Just like that, you’ll be a shareholder! Then, click "Perfect" and you can track its performance in your portfolio, as well as the movement of your entire portfolio from the central menu. You can then add all the stocks and cryptocurrencies you like.

Remember, the estimated amount should not exceed your “buying power.” Your buying power shows how much money you have available to invest. If you want to increase your buying power, you can make new deposits to your Hapi account.

You can also view a history of your stock and cryptocurrency purchases. This way, you can constantly monitor your investments and plan your personal finances.

See which stocks gained the most and which fell the most in a day to take advantage of the opportunities the market offers daily.

Real-time news:

Stay informed on the most relevant news in the stock market and cryptocurrency market in our financial news section.

Dividend calendar:

Check which stocks will pay dividends, how much they will pay, and when, with our new dividend information section. You can also search if your favorite stock will pay dividends using the search tool.

Transaction history:

Keep track of all movements in your account with our history section. Here you can see the stock and crypto trades you’ve made, how many deposits you’ve made, which companies have paid you dividends, and how many rewards you’ve received.
