You can create deposit tickets and pay them directly from your Hapi account by following these steps:

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section 🏦.
2. Select the Transfer to Hapi option.
3. Choose the country you are depositing from and select your deposit method.
4. If your bank is not listed, choose the Other Banks option.
5. Enter the amount (in USD) you wish to deposit and click Transfer.
6. Follow the instructions to complete the payment (these may vary depending on the selected method).
7. Pay the ticket and return to the Hapi app to Notify Deposit.

Validation Times:

• Deposits made before 3 pm CT will be credited on the same day (within a maximum of 3 hours).
• Deposits made after 3 pm CT will arrive the next business day.
• Deposits made during the weekend will arrive on the next business day.

Receipt Requirements:

For a deposit receipt to be valid, it must include:

• Date of the deposit.
• Amount deposited.
• Originating account.
• Destination account.
• Operation number.
• The receipt must be a screenshot, not a photo taken from another device.

Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, the Dominican Republic, and Spain.

Bank Transfer via SWIFT

You can make an international bank transfer from your account by following these steps:

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section 🏦.
2. Select the Transfer to Hapi option.
3. Choose the country you are depositing from and select International Transfer.
4. Use the following banking details to complete the transfer from your bank (ACH transfers are not accepted):

Cryptocurrency Deposit

You can transfer cryptocurrencies from other wallets or exchanges to your Hapi account by following these steps:

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section 🏦.
2. Select the Transfer Cryptocurrencies option.
3. Choose Deposits and select the cryptocurrency you want to transfer from the available options.
4. Copy or scan your Hapi wallet address.
5. Go to your crypto wallet or exchange and transfer the desired amount using the wallet address and compatible network.

Processing Times:

• Cryptocurrency transactions typically take 60 to 120 minutes.
• Times may vary depending on the amount and the network used.

Note: Ensure you send cryptocurrencies through the same network to avoid recovery issues.

Restrictions:

• Countries that do NOT accept cryptocurrency transfers: Bolivia, Paraguay, and Panama.

General Considerations for Withdrawals

All withdrawals are processed from the funds available in your buying power. After selling an asset, you must wait two days for trade settlement. Local Bank Transfer Withdrawals

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section 🏦.
2. Select Transfer to Your Bank.
3. Choose the destination country and select the withdrawal option.
4. Enter the amount in USD you wish to withdraw and click Continue.
5. Complete the request form (it may vary depending on the selected method).

• Available Countries: Peru, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, the U.S., and Ecuador.
• Fees:
  • $4.99 USD (no minimum amount).
  • Ecuador: $5.00 USD (minimum $25 USD).
  • Withdrawals in USD from Peru: $7.99 USD (no minimum amount).
• Processing Time: 2 to 7 days to reach your bank account.

Important:

• Withdrawals are only allowed to accounts under the same name as the Hapi account holder.
• For transfers within the U.S., provide the SWIFT number (for Bank of America, provide the ABA).

International Bank Transfer Withdrawals

Airtm Withdrawals

4. Enter the amount in USD you wish to withdraw and click Continue.
5. Complete the form with your Airtm account details.

• Fees: $4.99 USD (no minimum withdrawal amount).

Important:

• You must have a registered Airtm account. This account must belong to the same name as the Hapi account holder.

Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

Before your withdrawal, a security review is conducted. Approval takes 3 to 6 hours and is valid for 24 hours. One (1) withdrawal per approval is allowed, with a maximum of $3,000 per withdrawal.

Requesting a Withdrawal:

1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section 🏦.
2. Select Transfer Cryptocurrencies.
3. Choose the cryptocurrency and click Request Approval.

Note: You must have the cryptocurrencies in your portfolio before submitting your request.

Processing a Withdrawal:

1. Once approved, log in to Hapi and go to the Banking section 🏦.
2. Select Transfer Cryptocurrencies.
3. Choose the cryptocurrency and press Start Withdrawal.
4. Enter the wallet address and the amount.

Details:

• Available Countries: Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile, the Dominican Republic, and Spain.
• Fees: Network fee (gas fee). Hapi has no control over this fee, but you can view an estimate before processing your withdrawal.
• Processing Time: 60 to 120 minutes (varies depending on the amount and network).

Important:

• Rewards received in Hapi can only be withdrawn after 120 days.
• Cryptocurrency transfers are final. Ensure you enter the destination address correctly.
